**Orders, pickup & delivery.** Orders are offered for **in-store pickup** and, where available, **local delivery** (see our Shipping & Pickup Policy). Title and risk of loss pass to you upon pickup or delivery.

**Prohibited use.** You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to defraud, or to disrupt its operation.
**Intellectual property.** Site content (logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
**Disclaimers & limitation of liability.** The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. **Allergen note:** products may contain or be processed with allergens — please read labels; we are not liable for allergen reactions where labeling was available.
**Governing law.** These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Harford County, Maryland.
**Changes.** We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
